Late night theories
Hey, its the insomniac part of my brain again filling my head with my uncanny exaggerated speculations keeping me awake, again. I never really had a routine sleep schedule, only when i spent time in the hospital due to an injury and maybe even grade school is as far back as id estimate my last routine sleep schedule was. In both of those circumstance your more or less forced/ and or told when to go to sleep. Ah the magnificent brilliance that is childhood. I'm lucky to say mine was "sweet like cinnamon" to quote the most played artist on my mothers iphone that was played when i spent time healing in the ICU at St. Mary's Medical Center due to an automobile injury. Sometimes I get all geeky and think about what neurological benefits i get from reading a book at night say compared to listening to some classical music. I guess both of those activities are beneficial in their own way. Sporadically I will write/draw/exercise with my non-dominant hand, I've read that can also boost "brain power". Brain power is such a marketed term nowadays...almost every nutritional supplement under the sun supposedly boosts "brain power". But to what extent the companies don't know and their supposed benefits could be dependent on the dose but we all know, marketers dont care about that. They just care that you stroll into GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and spend your money. They also tell you to routinely take only the recommended dose every day to ensure themselves a sale next month. Commission on sales really does know how to ruin good establishment. Not in all cases but definitely in retail and definitely on the streets that our police force troll. I'm not going to even talk about my distrust with the political/justice systems in place right now for that would be another story for another day. Besides, you can just turn on your t.v if u want to see crooked cops getting caught for outrageous acts. I cant cry on all of societies atrocities but when u make an oath to protect and serve what morals must you have if that oath is destroyed? Not good ones, that for sure.
