Nootropics and Phosphatidylserine

Recently i picked up a bottle of some Phosphatidylserine. As you may not know, Phosphatidylserine is generally known as a nootropic and is even said to lower cortisol levels. PS (Phosphatidylserine) is known as a "brain enhancer" because general results show that it helps mood, sleep, and also increases concentration and improve memory. I am more of a stimulants guy but if you want to try something out of the box I would stay with PS. As always, research, research, research!
